Returns are not accepted as it has your logo on it, such as returns over size issue.  However if there is any defects or mistakes found, you can totally exchange 1 for 1 if it’s found that the faults is ours and that it slips pass even our stringent QC.  If you have any problem with our products, you must notify us within 7 days upon receipt of the order.

There is an additional fee for embroidered second locations.  Additional logos are also subject to the set-up charge ranging from $40 to $85 depending on the artwork.  Call us or note in the remark section to let us know.  We will give you a quotation on the second logo embroidery.  And we never erase any logo mould.  Use the same logo for your future orders and you never need to pay set-up cost again. 

No, the pricing for each items is tied to the quantity as stated. However, you can order both items with the quantity as stated and with reference to the price stated.

No, the price is before gst. And yes, the invoice will breakdown the cost & gst separately.

Yes, it is included for delivery within Singapore.

We welcome all your feedback, kindly let us know which part you would like us to change and we will amend it for you. However if you would like to change the original artwork that you’ve submitted, then we will have to charge you the new mould cost.

The delivery date is calculated based on 10 working days upon your approval of the sample. Do let us know as soon as you can.

4 working days upon submission of your artwork, and assuming that you have submitted a reasonably clear artwork.

Yes. A mock up of the embroidered logo is provided for each new logo.
After the logo is set-up for embroidery, we embroider it on a piece of material, take a digital photo of it and send it to you. That way, you know exactly what the embroidered logo will look like before you receive your order.
Once the mock up of the embroidered logo is approved, we will begin production of your order.
Mock ups are provided only after an order is placed. We generally do not produce “spec proofs” prior to an order being placed.

No. We make these products to turn around within 10 working days and prices are kept low too.

Our pricing in the eshop include 1 left chest embroidery within the size stated. Anything less than 32cm2 for example 8cm x 4cm shape, or say 5cm x 5cm is 25cm2

Generally, upon final decision of the design, we need 1 week to produce a full mock up sample (including print, embroidery, etc.) After your approval on the sample, we need 2 weeks production time to complete order within 1000 pieces. For higher quantity, we will advise accordingly.

Yes, you can custom-dye your fabric, and best of all at no additional cost to you. All you need is to fulfill the minimum quantity of 200piece per colour dye. However, you do need to add another 4 to 5 weeks to the production time. Thus making the whole process about 7 to 8 weeks.

Upon your confirmation of order and a deposit, we will send the fabric of your choice to the dye factory. We will receive a small piece of the fabric dyed to the required colour, what we call Lab Dip, and we will send that to you for approval. Once you confirm, the dye factory will proceed to dye the entire batch of fabric.

Generally yes, whether it’s the dye fabric, the print colours or embroidery thread colours. However when Pantone colours which is paper based is being “translated” to fabric or thread, it cannot be an exact match as the medium are different. Our medium tend to be more matt while Pantone charts are glossy. Thus, the colour match is based on interpretation and closest match possible. Also, there are more Pantone colours than thread colours, but very often, we can get very close.
If you require a Pantone match colour, please let us know at the time of order.

Due to the nature of customised garment, we need a 40% deposit upon confirmation. Balance payment upon delivery of goods. We only accept cheques or cash as payment but not credit cards. 30 days term applies to rated accounts only.
